{"id":5841,"date":"2025-10-01T17:12:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T15:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rigpa.org\/the-heart-essence-shared-longchen-nyingtik-transmissions-at-lerab-ling\/"},"modified":"2026-04-21T09:37:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T07:37:31","slug":"the-heart-essence-shared-longchen-nyingtik-transmissions-at-lerab-ling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.rigpa.mindfuldev.one\/it\/the-heart-essence-shared-longchen-nyingtik-transmissions-at-lerab-ling\/","title":{"rendered":"The Heart Essence Shared: Longchen Nyingtik Transmissions at Lerab Ling"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Nyingtik Tsap\u00f6 Transmissions at Lerab Ling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The Nyingtik Tsap\u00f6 transmissions with Kyabj\u00e9 Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche, Tulku Rigdzin Pema Rinpoche, supported by Venerable Sean Price.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rigpa and Lerab Ling were honoured to host this gathering, which brought together students following the Longchen Nyingtik lineage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The planning for the Nyingtik Tsap\u00f6 transmissions in Lerab Ling began several years ago and came to wonderful fruition in September 2025. People from around the world and from different sanghas gathered to receive the complete collection of Longchen Nyingtik empowerments bestowed by Kyabj\u00e9 Rabjam Rinpoche\u2014precisely according to the unique arrangement as he received it from Kyabj\u00e9 Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tulku Rigdzin Pema Rinpoche shared the reading transmissions each morning, and each afternoon there were empowerments, explanations, and teachings with precise translation thanks to Venerable Sean Price and all the translators. It was a full, rich, and complete transmission\u2014the first time it has been given in the West with so much material simultaneously translated into 5 languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 856 participants, it was the largest retreat held at Lerab Ling for a number of years, and despite the numbers, the atmosphere was always peaceful and serene.
